Timothy Tutt - Principal

Tim Tutt is an experienced nonprofit leader.

He has created new organizations, has served on boards of NGOs, and has helped organizations think in new and creative ways. With years of experience leading communities of faith, he is especially interested in how congregations and spiritual groups (broadly defined) navigate complex times.

Tim recognizes we are all more than the sum of our parts and the same time recognizes that our parts are unique and worthy of attention–hence the focus on quantum thinking.

Tim has government experience, having worked as a Legislative Assistant Capitol Hill in Washington DC, and has worked as both a college English instructor and a college chaplain. He has a doctorate in public engagement. His first job as a teenager was driving a tractor in the hayfields of East Texas. Over the years he has volunteered with nonprofits as diverse as preschools in Ecuador and English schools in Poland.

Recent consulting clients include a multi-million affordable housing effort in a major city and a senior adult health and wellness network. Tim is a creative, visionary, and curious collaborator. He thinks strategically, asks good questions, and leads with imagination.

Spinach enchiladas, running, and good books excite him.
